Profit Pal is a read-only app that brings your profit & loss from trading platforms, prop firms, and brokerages into one live view — dashboard, widgets, and Live Activity. It only reads your data; it can never place trades or move funds.
No — Profit Pal is strictly read-only and cannot execute trades, transfers, or any action on your accounts. Any credentials or access tokens you provide are encrypted, and brokerage connections go through SnapTrade, so we never see your brokerage username or password.
Tap Connect account and choose your platform (TradeLocker, DXtrade, Match-Trader, cTrader, TopstepX) or a brokerage via SnapTrade (Questrade, Qtrade, Wealthsimple, and more). Follow the sign-in steps and your balances and positions sync automatically.
Go to Settings → Delete account in the app. This permanently removes your profile, connected-account credentials, and stored data. You can also remove any single connected account at any time.
Figures depend on data from your connected platforms and can occasionally be delayed. Try refreshing; if it persists, email us with the account and what you expected, and we'll investigate.
